John Deere AT28951 Kit

Cannot determine precisely if internal 3 parts of spring,plunger and rubber tip is part of this Fuel Shut Off Solenoid Assembly OR has to be ordered Separately?

Trying to determine Exactly what need to order to get running as JD runs down various kits and various part numbers for this 1960 model JD1020.

Will order and pay at 1 time for All parts needed to ship All together as have Request # 480721 Accepted before JD said internal pieces Not included so have Request # 481130 Pending for those internal pieces.
Now initiated 3rd Request for Kit for All internal pieces plus Fuel Solenoid Internal Kit and or Replacement Kit mechanic told me needed this afternoon had to get JD Dealer to look up.
